Responsibilities

  • Work and monitor customer database and develop customer segmentation by brand level and company level.
  • Communicate and roll out CRM Score card with all brand
  • Analyze the current situation of brand and recommend target customer segmentation and potential big growth for the brand  (but what to say or how to execute brand team need to lead)
  • Sending monthly spending report to all brand manager.
  • Support all brand manager in developing the perfect customer journey for each brand
  • Responsible and lead on PPG VIP program in order to strengthen our VIP with our brand portfolio
  • Responsible for other online or digital platform on PP group level

Communication Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications and public relations function, with provision for succession.
  • Contributing to and developing the company marketing and PR plans including planning yearly promotional schedule and operating budget
  • Execution and Organize all activities related to Marketing and PR field including event, press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and neat records on all company marketing activities
  • Ensure that all internal and external communications maintain a consistent and professional image and messaging
  • Responsible for content production including the design of marketing materials, PR and social media advertising.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with media and customer service team

Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operation Manager for training store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials; delivering training sessions; reviewing staff job results and learning needs with retail store manager; developing and implementing new product training
  • Give feedback and evaluates competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise
  • Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
