Role and Responsibility

  • Accountable for all consumer touch point for the brand. He or She is the brand guidance.
  • Develop 360 brand plan to achieve yearly or 3 year business plan.
  • Accountable for all 4 P (product/merchandising, price, place/store experience, and promotion.
  • when developing brand plan, BM and MKT Com should align on what will be the best strategy or tool to drive the brand in the current market situation such as adverting, Consumer PR, Brand Visibility, Experiential / Consumer event , Direct Marketing , In store activity, Promotional activities , On line or Digital , Influencer marketing)
  • Accountable and work closely with CRM to develop brand’s customer journey/Customer segmentation program  (VIP Program, New customer, existing customer
  • Overlook buying, OTB, and sell through
  • Overlook retail team and operation and VM
  • Work closely for new store opening with project team
  • Look at P&L of the brand

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or higher in marketing or any related fields
  • Minimum 3 year experiences in managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and outgoing
  • Good command of speaking and writing English
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive attitude, good team player, fast Learner and flexibility
  • Experience in luxury retail business is a plus

Operation Manager

Role& Responsibilities

  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
  • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating
  • Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Maintains the  stability and reputation of the store
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program daily, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Oversee the implementation of customer service standards in the units, and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of complaints
  • Ensure that the training, development and motivation of staff in the stores is implemented as well as coach and mentor store managers to ensure that all staff are encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution
  • Prepare sales analyses and reports on operational issues, market trends, competitors and customer to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy – per brand
  • Contributes to both store front and back office team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
